Insurance Options
At Northwest Speech and Hearing Center, we accept most private insurance plans. To get specific information about your plan, we recommend contacting our office and speaking with our office manager.
While health insurance companies typically do not cover the cost of hearing aids, there may be some cases where coverage is available.
Currently, our office participates in and accepts the following insurance plans*:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP
- United Healthcare
- Aetna PPO
- Medicare and Medicare supplement plans
Cigna PPO / Cigna Medicare PPO*: Northwest Speech and Hearing Center is currently out of network with Cigna. If you have Cigna and would like to use your in-network benefits, you may schedule at our sister practice, Chicago Hearing Services.
Please consult with our office manager for any inquiries regarding your specific plan.
Please note that we do not accept Medicaid or any Medicaid programs.
